Automated machine sorting and expert manual grading group potatoes, onions, garlic, and chillies into precise export sizes (e.g. 45mm+, 55mm+ onion bulbs; 50g-150g potatoes).
Produce is packed in high-density ventilated mesh bags, jute sacks, or corrugated thermocol cartons designed to withstand ocean transit and preserve moisture stability.
Our trade documentation wing prepares Phytosanitary Certificates, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, Customs documents, and SGS quality inspection reports.
Shipments are loaded into pre-cooled 20ft and 40ft Reefer containers operating at controlled temperatures (4°C - 8°C) for ocean freight from Kolkata / Haldia seaports.
Real-time GPS cargo tracking ensures on-time arrival at destination ports in UAE, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Europe.
